This policy explains what Ami's Crafts ("we") collects when you use https://amicrafts.kyroninfotech.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. No legalese walls — just the facts.

What we collect
When you place an order: the items in your basket, and the name and note you choose to type at checkout (both optional). This is stored as an order record with a reference number (like AC-20260606-XXXX) so we can match your WhatsApp conversation to your order.
When you chat with us on WhatsApp: your phone number and whatever you share in the conversation. Those messages live in WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
While you browse: we use Google Analytics (Firebase) to understand which pieces people view and add to their basket — standard analytics data like device type, pages visited, and approximate region. We also keep anonymous per-product counters (views, basket adds) that aren't linked to you personally. Your basket itself is stored only in your own browser, not on our servers.
What we use it for
Fulfilling your order, replying to you, and understanding which pieces people love so we make more of them. That's it.
We never sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that run this site (below).
Services we rely on
Your data is processed by the infrastructure this site runs on: Google Firebase (order records, analytics), Vercel (hosting), Cloudinary (product images), and WhatsApp (order conversations). Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies & similar
Google Analytics sets cookies/identifiers to measure visits. Your browser's local storage holds your basket. Blocking analytics (e.g. with a content blocker) doesn't affect your ability to browse or order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for bookkeeping and customer service. If you'd like a record about you corrected or deleted, just ask.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email amigohel8468@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp and we'll handle it.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect children's data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Big changes will be called out clearly on the site.
