All across India, by courier. We don't ship internationally yet — if you're ordering from outside India, message us and we'll see what's possible.

Pieces that are ready to ship are usually dispatched within 3 days of your payment. Made-to-order pieces take longer — we'll agree on a making timeline with you on WhatsApp before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Once your parcel is on its way, we share the courier details and tracking in the same WhatsApp chat as your order.

Shipping is charged at cost and depends on where you are and how heavy or delicate the piece is. The exact amount is agreed with you on WhatsApp before you pay — the price you confirm in the chat is the full and final amount.

Handmade pieces travel wrapped like treasure, but couriers can be rough. If your piece arrives damaged, send us photos of the piece and the packaging on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement where we can remake the piece, or a refund where we can't.

Because every piece is handmade in a small batch (often a batch of one), we don't accept casual returns — small variations in colour, texture and form are the nature of handmade work, not defects.

That said, we'd never want you stuck with something that genuinely isn't what you ordered. If the piece you received doesn't match what was agreed in the chat, message us within 48 hours and we'll sort it out together.

Custom pieces are made just for you, so they can't be cancelled or returned once making has started. We'll confirm every detail — colours, size, timeline — in the chat before any work (or payment) begins.
