The short, honest version.

This site doesn't take payments. Placing an order here creates an order request with a reference number and opens a WhatsApp chat with us — the order becomes final only when we confirm it in that chat and you complete payment (UPI). Until then, nothing is binding on either side.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change — the price we confirm in your order chat is the one that counts. Pieces are handmade in tiny batches, so something shown on the site can sell out before your order is confirmed; if that happens we'll tell you straight away and offer alternatives or your money back.

Every piece is made by hand. Small variations in colour, texture, size and form between the photos and your piece — or between two pieces of the same design — are characteristics of handmade work, not defects.

The photos, words and designs on this site are ours. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking — for features, press or collaborations, we're easy to reach at amigohel8468@gmail.com.

We put real care into every piece and every parcel. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
